House Hunting ..

We flew out to Philadelphia this past Friday night and went house hunting Saturday Am, we looked at 5 houses while we were there and six hours and 2 super creepy basements later we decided on our favorite with a back up just in case we don't get our favorite for some reason. The house we decided on is a super cute 3 bedroom 2.5 bath town home with a NON-CREEPY basement and a nice backyard. The second choice was a double wide on 2 acres of land 3 bedroom 2 bath and a huge kinda creepy basement LOL. The town home is a nice community so hopefully we will get to know our neighbors and make friends, it's also 5 mins away from Jared's work and there is a small hill in the backyard that's perfect for teaching Brendan how to sled in the snow. Pottstown is such a cute community, there are lots of trees, rivers, and lots of family friendly things to do. The trees were all in beautiful fall colors, something you don't really see here in Texas. Yes it was pretty chilly there, especially at night it got down to 35 degrees but it actually felt kind of nice, definitely a nice break from all this heat in Texas. There is a lot of shopping there which I am especially excited about, the King of Prussia Mall is within a 30 min drive and that mall is HUGE! The Philadelphia Premium outlets are about 20 mins away, can't wait to check them out. There's also a small mall, Ross, Kohl's, and stuff like that in town. I couldn't get over how different it is up there, it's definitely a big change. They don't have Shell or Valero or any of the familiar gas stations up there. Their gas stations are called WA WA & Turkey Hill and Sunoco, Strange. No Kroger or Walgreens or anything like that either. I think we will like it there though, it's going to be a fun adventure. Here are some pictures of the town house so y'all can see!

63 Stone Hill Drive, Pottstown PA  The Garage & Front Door.
63 Stone Hill Drive, Pottstown PA The Entry way. The Basement is actually accessed right from this room but don't have a picture of it to share.

63 Stone Hill Drive, Pottstown PA The Living room, there is alot of storage in this place, the living room has 2 closets just for stuff and there is also a powder room.

63 Stone Hill Drive, Pottstown PA The other side of the living room.
63 Stone Hill Drive, Pottstown PA The Kitchen (has a huge pantry!)

63 Stone Hill Drive, Pottstown PA Breakfast Area
63 Stone Hill Drive, Pottstown PA The dining room, although we may make this a play area/office since it's adjacent to the living room. Haven't decided yet.

63 Stone Hill Drive, Pottstown PA Master Bedroom

63 Stone Hill Drive, Pottstown PA This will be Hayley's room, Scooter suggested leaving the Hannah Montana picture up, how about NO. LOL.

63 Stone Hill Drive, Pottstown PA Brendan's room.

63 Stone Hill Drive, Pottstown PA The back of the house

63 Stone Hill Drive, Pottstown PA The sledding hill! It's alot steeper than it looks in the picture, but not too steep so definitely perfect for new beginners and toddlers. :)

Well that's all the pictures that I have for you guys, hopefully we will be getting the town house, if not we will go for the country house and if that happens I will post pictures of that house for y'all on here. We are still continuing to pack up the house little by little, definitely going to have to buy some winter clothes before we head up there. Hope you enjoyed the pictures, we will keep everyone posted! xoxo
